After quite a long break here we come with some news.
*** Tarja's site www.tarja-whatliesbeneath.com has been updated and made into a micro site about the album. You can now admire the new site look and enjoy listening to the background music, which turned out to be the soundtrack for "If You Believe" song.
*** At that site Tarja has posted two videos with her new songs. One of them is a "Falling Awake" video with pics and short shots from the making of the song and the other one is an official video for "I Feel Immortal" song which is going to be a single released in August. Another single, except from "I Feel Immortal", is "Until My Last Breath" and it's also going to be released in August. The whole album will be released in September (in Poland it's 10th of September).
 
*** The new site contains also some extras like new promotional pictures or wallpapers. What is more, fans can listen to the whole album samples in the "ALBUM" part.
*** To our "Fan Art" gallery we have also added some new stuff, so feel free to go through them.

We have very good news, we know officialy that Tarja will perform at two concerts in Poland.

Good news
We want to proudly announce that one of our Fanclub member - Milena "Mila" Roszkowska - is one of the winners of the "Classic and Divine" contest! She took the 1st place and won very valuable prize:

The new album "What Lies Beneath" is recorded!
Great news for all, who are waiting for a new Tarja's album: "What Lies Beneath" is finally recorded! Also the artwork is revealed, you can see it HERE. The photo session took place in Finland. Jens Boldt is the author of the photos, the artwork created Dirk Rudolph.
The single promoting the new Tarja's album is the song called "Falling Awake", which will be released on August 6th. The artwork for new single you can see HERE.

New contests
*** As you already know, Tarja will give a concert entitled "Classic and Divine" in Hungary in June. The concert is part of Miskolc Opera Festival's Opera-Rock Show . The performance will be accompanied by orchestra and choir. The organizers decided to announce a contest for fans to make 1-1.5 minute long videos promoting this event. The participants may use Tarja's songs, pictures. The contest's 3 winners will be picked by Tarja personally. And here are the prizes which you can win:
1st prize: Two tickets for the Classic and Divine concert, a Tarja gift pack, and a meeting with Tarja at backstage
2nd prize: Two tickets for the concert and a Tarja gift pack
3rd prize: Two tickets for the concert
You should send videos to this email address: video@operarockshow.hu. Please remember that they must be in an appropriate size and format which youtube can use, because all the films will be presented in the concert's official youtube channel. You can send videos from all over the world.
Deadline is 1st of May 2010.
*** Another contest has been announced at Tarja's official website. Since Tarja's biography, which you can find now at her site, is incomplete and quite old, fans have been asked for help in completing it, updating it or writing a brand new one. Your bio on Tarja can continue the one currently displayed in the web site or it can be a whole new creation. Administrators will add important and accurate information to it, and Tarja will also add her own comments, anecdotes and photos.
You should send bios to this email address: webmaster@nems.com.ar.
The best bio will be published at Tarja's official web site and it's author will be credited.

Tarja in duet with The Scorpions
Tarja has recorded a new song with the legendary band named The Scorpions. The song is called "The Good Die Young". The band is finnishing it's artistic activity this year and it will be a nice conclusions of their music career and a great surprise for Tarja's fans :) You can read the whole interview with The Scorpions HERE.
